Conceptualized and implemented a customized and informative line card program that enabled the Brantford branch to regain significant business with leading client group. Optimized the CRM (Visual Net) process to insure that current and credible data was being created and fully utilizing it to develop targeted initiatives and maximize my results. Coordinated training sessions with local Mechanical Contractors that helped increase sales, improve customer retention, while sharing best practices. Provided field service/troubleshooting support throughout the region with Mechanical Contractors, Manufacturer Reps, promptly resolving any in field product issues. Exceeded all financial objectives in 2015; +2.3% vs budgets and +2.5% over previous year. Proven track record of up selling/ cross selling products/services to existing customers, creating additional value to customer and generating incremental revenue each month. Implemented a new forecasting and sales tracking model that improved data housed in Visual Net CRM database this provided improved inventory turns and reduced customer stock outs. Developed and executed a regional business plan that within four months resulted in a 21% margin improvement and displaced leading furnace manufacturer. Wrote and presented clear, concise, and informative sales proposals and correspondence.
