I am a publishing professional with 23 years experience in the industry. During my career I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of different publishing sectors including academic textbooks, primary education, STM journals and trade publishing. I have gained experience of business planning, new product development, digital marketing and strategic marketing planning during that time. For the last 7 years I have lead a sales team encompassing non-academic and Middle East markets for a leading academic publisher. Highlights include negotiating contracts with large organizations such as the NHS and the Egyptian Knowledge Bank.
