The last years I have had predominantly interim recruitment assignments with different projects such as a new ATS, Employer Branding, Employer Value and Employer Engagement. Previously I was among other a Regional Manager at Kelly Services Inc and at Hays PLC. If your company has an interesting management (recruitment) assignment I am up to the challenge. In order to realize this challenge I bring a lot of energy and experience. I am both action, task and people oriented. Together with a team I ensure that goals and changes will be made accordingly to the initial objectives. I am straight forward and approach people easily. I always focus on the (internal) customer. I am used to work in an organization with different stakeholders and have a strong focus that the job is done. I find it challenging to lead a team of highly motivated (young) professionals. I like to introduce new and innovative solutions. A steering and coaching role suits me best: I find the hectic pace of a team, changing interests of the different stakeholders together with tight deadlines a challenge.
