I am currently a home health aid for seniors and people with disabilities who want to stay in their homes. An unintended result has been the addition of new family members which I find to be a blessing. I am retired the law enforcement field for more than 23 years. During the period of my employment I had investigated thousands of criminal matters. As a Detective, I created three new investigative units for the Norwich Police Department: the Cyber Crimes Unit, Computer Crimes Unit, and Financial Crimes Unit and had secured $300,000.00 in Federal Funding in support of the Cyber Crimes Unit. As the acting Crime Prevention Officer, I provided training to numerous government and private organizations related to matters of personal and financial safety. I was also our department's mobile data terminal systems tech: installing the the physical terminals. the Operating Systems and applications software, and ensuring the system's continued functionality. My most memorable experience was being the keynote speaker for a Child Internet Safety press conference with Senator Joseph Lieberman.
