• Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, personal asset statements, and other financial information.• Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products to better meet customers' needs.• Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.• Oversee activities directly related to providing services, and day to day operations.• Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.• Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.• Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.• Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.• Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products.
