Mark Lubkeman is leading IntraBio's commercialization efforts. He has 34 years’ experience with a focus on consulting in the biopharma and med tech sectors, and until recently led BCG's Global Biopharma business as well as BCG's cross-industry Global Sales and Channels Effectiveness business. He has deep experience in working with CEOs, Boards, and senior management teams at companies in North America, Europe and Asia to transform to achieve competitive advantage, and build winning corporate and commercial strategies, capabilities, and organizations. He has also supported a range of CEO succession efforts for Boards and CEOs, ranging from transition design, selection, expertise development/onboarding, and CEO/candidate coaching pre/post successionBefore joining BCG, Mark was a Captain in U.S. Army Military Intelligence. He has a BA in Economics from Harvard University, and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business. He is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Dutch and French. He is a Visiting Fellow at Oxford University.
