Creative Studio Manager
CurrentResponsible for resource management, planning and delivery of all creative materials.• Management, performance reviewing and development of the Creative team.• Identifying and supervision of freelancers.• Planning, maintenance and delivery of annual schedules.• Calculating pagination breakdown and editorial/advertising ratio of print publications.• Preparation of the annual department budgets, ensuring expenditure limits are continuously adhered to.• Strategising and execution of the company's video strategy.• Devising and implementing enhanced internal processes.• Identification of new suppliers.• Creation and overseeing of brand guidelines for both publishing and events materials.• Design and layout across all print and digital mediums.• Photography, video capture and post production at events.
