I joined Deloitte as a graduate in 1997 following a degree in Business & Information Systems and progressed upwards rapidly with the firm. At the point I left Deloitte in 2016, I was their Chief Information Officer for the UK and Switzerland, where I was responsible for all aspects of IT provision, including sole responsibility for a £80m budget and 300 IT staff to serve a population of 17,500 in a variety of offices and 3rd party locations. This included leading the IT function, partnering with the business to create, develop and prioritise a portfolio of projects and services with appropriate IT solutions. I drove improved capability of the IT function to respond to the challenges of an increasingly digital world and a growing demand for innovative and cost-effective solutions.Since joining Momenta as their Chief Operating Officer in July 2017, in addition to my responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day administration and operation of the business, I have sponsored and continue to lead our transformation and change programmes which are both internally and externally focused and overall aimed at improving service delivery and client satisfaction.
