He is the real teacher even by this definition. I started as an associate consultant with a very good Q3 starting. I have my first placement during the first month, I still remember that Friday, very impressive and unforgettable. Being the first one to make placements among all the other new joiners is also very important to me as I believe positive competition is good for a recruitment company. From that on, I made 1 placement per month, it's also good to me because I like to make consistent contribution. I had up and downs during this 6 months but I never give up fighting for closing. This is the charming point of the job and I really find my life fruitful and I am fulfilling my life each day here. Facing the new target for next promotion, I feel energetic already and motivated fully.
