Building on my existing responsibilities as Diversified's People & Culture Coodinator, my role at People & Culture Generalist involves:- Managing the Recruitment function- Being the HR Systems Guru, providing timely advice and operational assistance for HR Systems and processes- Providing advice regarding legislative requirements, including award compliance and the Fair Work Act- Managing the Performance Appraisal process from a system and people perspective, and providing ongoing development coaching to managers and their teams- Consulting with people managers and providing advice regarding best practice recruitment, training, performance appraisal and improvement- Handling basic employee relations issues and escalating to senior management when necessary- Office Administration & Facilities Management

In my role as People & Culture Coordinator at Diversified Communications, I am responsible for the administration of the core generalist P&C functions. These include:Recruitment: Talent Pool Management, Screening, Interviewing, Reference Checking, Offer Generation, Briefing External Agencies when required Onboarding: Writing contracts, development and coordination of onboarding processLearning & Development: Coordination of in-house and external training programs, development and delivery of training materials Performance Appraisal: Coordination of Performance Appraisal process, assisting employees with goal generation and general queries
