CurrentFrontline Inlec carrying out preventative, corrective and routine maintenance including breakdowns and major maintenance. Review and updating of maintenance procedures as required. • Manage the safe execution of maintenance activities in my team, ensuring all permits, drawings and schematics are understood. • Execute instrument and electrical maintenance in line with the maintenance plan, business priorities and operations management.• Support the continued plant safety, site integrity and reliability through the application of specific engineering standards.• Manage and maintain the effective and timely completion of electrical isolation and de-isolation of systems for work execution.• Understanding and implementing High Voltage switching programs.• Ensure proper reporting is maintained within the SAP-PM system to enable data collection for supporting analysis of performance.• Conduct safety initiatives such as risk assessments, JHA review and sign on and actively reporting incidents and any near misses. • Ensure all paperwork such as piping, and instrumentation diagrams or drawings (P&ID) and electrical schematics are read and understood by all work group members before the commencement of work, addressing any concerns, queries or questions.• Carry out detailed, close and visual hazardous area inspections on electrical and instrumentation equipment, as necessary.• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot PLC and Control systems as required.
