CurrentCreated and maintained workflow including pre-production, production and post -production workflow, Localization, and VOD delivery, and post-mortems for Disney+ / Star+ / Hotstar to guarantee timely, high-quality execution across the content supply chain.• Worked with multiple teams on a global scale to track and expedite, workflows and timelines within the operational supply chain, resulting in a decrease in delivery times from a 160-day SLA to a 90-day SLA.• Led the integration and product launch of IMAX formatting onto the Disney+, Star, and Star+ platforms to further expand Disney Streaming's offerings.• Created and implemented live televised events onto Disney Streaming with big ticket viewings in multiple categories such as new concerts (i.e. Elton John) and live series (i.e. Dancing With The Stars) resulting in an average audience of over 750k.
