Prior to joining B.A.A.P., I served as a Commercial Banker for over 10 years. In that time I worked with a number of small businesses whose CPA's focused primarily on reducing taxes. While this is one strategy that can be employed, often this made it difficult for the company to secure financing or maximize their investment when they tried to monetize their business. The experience a business owner has with Business Advisory and Accounting Partners is much different than that of any other firm.
