This entails deciding the agenda-setting position/direction of the bulletins and sub-editing news scripts keeping in mind all the political, economic and legal ramifications and in the same line protecting the interests of the company while still balancing that of the audience which includes the right to accurate information. Launched Press Pass, a flagship media-related show for NTV in June 2014 as Host and Producer. A game-changer that offered a platform to critique the Fourth Estate holding Journalists to account and helping improve the media industry and stakeholders who now had a space and voice to give their perspective of the profession and their side of the story. As Producer and Host, it was my responsibility to reach out to guests, form panels that would include leaders and professionals from all sectors in the country and coordinate, moderate and deliver a weekly show that interrogated different narratives around diverse issues to get to the facts.
