• Coordinate and manage monthly statement schedules for assets, liabilities, and expense accounts• Correctly enter information in Great Plains to set up invoices for Purchase Orders • Enter in Expenses in General Ledger and print checks in a timely manner to pay various vendors• Receipt checks and post in system to apply to General Ledger • Work Bank, Expenses, Assets Reconciliation schedules for monthly financial statements • Financial analyst and forecast of weekly financials balance sheet and income statement

• Basic accounting procedures and principals• Coordinate and manage monthly statement schedules for assets, liabilities, and expense accounts• Work Bank Reconciliation schedules for monthly financial statements • Review Group Account Schedules on a weekly basis for any misplaced items needing to be re-classed• Diligently work fluctuation reports and corporate billings to classify items correctly on monthly basis• Accurately handle PeopleSoft system to ensure correct entries for credits in A/R accounts • Perform duties to enhance relationship for Intercompany Payables & Receivables among groups• Accurately code invoices and documents to correct expense accounts for Accounts Payable • Provide exemplary service to branches entering in collections and travel & entertainment paperwork• Respond to problem resolution working monthly audits of company branches • Work as part of business management team to coordinate all accounting functions for large area• Work with all business units including: Risk Management, Remarketing, Human Resources
