As Technical Product Manager for Enerflo I was responsible for the success of a rewrite of their sales platform for the consumer solar industry. This required building relationships with existing legacy team members to understand the currently released product and determine and plan tasks needed for the V2 development team members. It also required working with the founders and CTO to understand the business requirements and features needed for the new version absent from the previous one.On top of this I was required to help engineer the new product by offering technical advice and architectural plans, document the high-level flow of the new product and present the plans to the entire company, and write code to implement the needed features.

Sole Architect for Professional Archive, the archiving solution used by 9 out of 10 of the largest banks and thousands of enterprises for compliance and e-discovery obligations across all electronic communications.I was responsible for leading the re-architecture of real-time capture and archiving of petabytes of client data from on-premise servers to the cloud. I advised, presented solutions and oversaw the migration of legacy components and a monolithic architecture to modern microservice cloud-based solutions on both AWS and Azure platforms.I also researched and presented financial cost analytics, performance metrics and product-team timelines to C-level and executive level leadership.

As the Chief Architect I was responsible for designing, developing and overseeing implementation of the overall product infrastructure as well as leading continued product development.I established the product to use AWS extensively on the back-end for enterprise-level responsiveness and scalability as well as used modern web and mobile tools and languages for the front-end. I was initially responsible in architecting and developing the full-stack infrastructure of the product, and for on-boarding, advising and directing the dev team for on-going development. Further, I directly interfaced the executive team, board members and investors for reporting product requirements and status and to help translate business ideas and recommendations to technical results.
