As Technical Product Manager for Enerflo I was responsible for the success of a rewrite of their sales platform for the consumer solar industry. This required building relationships with existing legacy team members to understand the currently released product and determine and plan tasks needed for the V2 development team members. It also required working with the founders and CTO to understand the business requirements and features needed for the new version absent from the previous one.On top of this I was required to help engineer the new product by offering technical advice and architectural plans, document the high-level flow of the new product and present the plans to the entire company, and write code to implement the needed features.

I advised, presented solutions and oversaw the migration of legacy components and a monolithic architecture to modern microservice cloud-based solutions on both AWS and Azure platforms.I also researched and presented financial cost analytics, performance metrics and product-team timelines to C-level and executive level leadership.
