For these operations, duties included HSE performance, planning, budgeting/forecasting, economic evaluation, business process improvement, regulatory/permitting, engineering/design, construction, and development of operations/maintenance programs.Significant achievements included: • Achieved multiple years of performance without an HSE recordable incident.• Lead a mutli-discipline team (Land, Planning/Engineering, Regulatory, Logistics, Accounting and Operations) of 20 direct and indirect employees as well as multiple support contractors. • Transitioned the operations from trucking to pipelining freshwater at an annual cost savings between $40MM to $50MM and reduced truck trips by over 1.0MM.• Increased water supply to over 600,000 barrels per day from a variety of withdrawal points on the Ohio River and on local streams, which enabled SWN Completion operations to achieve record level performance in the Appalachia Basin in 2020.• Annually constructed 60 to 70 miles of 16-inch polypipe in the challenging terrain of West Virginia.• Pioneered mutually beneficial water sharing and water purchase/sale agreement with adjacent oil & gas operators in the SW Appalachia Basin.• Integrated reuse operations with annual savings ranging from $6MM to $8MM and achieved Freshwater Neutrality.• Over $4MM in water sales to adjacent oil & gas operators -
