As the Microsoft Product Manger I will be responsible for the relationship and strategy with the Microsoft 365 suite of products. I will manage the Microsoft relationship and the products to achieve the goals of the organization. As the Microsoft Product Manager I will seek to obtain the most value out of the Microsoft investment.

Leading Moog to Office 365: setting governance and compliance as well as migrating Exchange Mailboxes, SharePoint sites, and OneDrives. Implementing new services like Yammer, Planner, PowerApps, and Flow in a secure and compliant way.

Coordinate resources on and offshore in delivering SharePoint solutions. Evangelize and set strategy for moving to Office 365.

Office 365: Provide vision and leadership in understanding the Microsoft solution stack around Office 365 and SharePoint. Including developing a strategy for migrating existing on-premise SharePoint Content to the to cloud, using Business Forms and Workflows, Collaboration, Social, Enterprise Content Management, Power BI dashboards, and Portals. Integration Development: As a Manager I delivered solutions built around IBM products to support business objectives. Capabilities included: WAS, ODM, DataPower. Recommend project approaches, time and cost estimates, oversee technical development, understanding LOB objectives and ensuring they are met within constraints set by risk, compliance, and existing platform.Workflow: Established a team for the development and support of complex workflows using K2 and SharePoint. Workflows ranges from simple approval processes to complex workflows that automatically provisioned credits to core banking system and helped the bank met and exceed regulatory requirements. Mentored and developed developers, business analysts and client services on how to support workflow related projects.SharePoint: Establish a team for the support and enhancement of SharePoint. Major accomplishments include migrating from 2007 to 2010, development of a SharePoint based Intranet allowing business users to control content without IT, development of an Information Architecture to support the bank, creation of a governance group to lead direction of SharePoint, Development of "SharePoint University" (a self-service help area containing custom developed content).

Done with Manufacturing! Now on to consumer relations and brining over the CR department from PowerWheels (Ft. Wayne Indiana) to Fisher-Price (East Aurora, NY).Also, started to look at a little thing called the internet at this point.

Mattel Purchased. Working on plant transitions to MIMICS (Mattel systems) from Fisher-Price systems. Transitions from a Unisys COBOL programmer to a RPG AS/400 programmer. Although this job was more about training and coordinating the move from one system to another than it was about programming. I can still only just about spell RPG.
