Additional roles include field service calibration/ repair, minor electrical troubleshooting/ soldering/ harness assembly, PCB programming (firmware), and network troubleshooting.As of 2013, My additional responsibilities included OSHA protocol compliance/maintenance/ compilation of SDS records as well as ETL, UL, and RoHs compliance protocols. As of 2014, my roles expanded to Process Engineering and QA, to which I author procedural changes to increase efficiency, compliance to protocol, and/or safety.

Synopsis: In-home instructor for percussion, drums, pro-audio/MIDI/DMX, music theory, and intermediate piano.Details: As an instructor, I traveled on-site to the students' houses and serve/served as both an instructor and mentor for students (Elementary through High School, as well as Adult) who wished to learn piano, percussion, music theory, and/or audio production technology. Results: For many of the students (50-60%), the lessons assisted with their in-school band curriculum, to which they advanced to high positions and higher grades within the school band programs and music theory classes, as well as Division 1 (Gold) ratings in regional and state music competitions.

Synopsis: on-site repairs/ calibration/ sales of biomedical equipment, including pipettes, balances, centrifuges, microscopes, ph meters within the scope of ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation and ISO 9001 Registration.Details: I served as Field Service Representative, Territory Manager, and Junior-level Quality Technician (Process Standardization) under direction of Senior Quality Manager. I would introduce prospective clients to our on-site/ in-lab services, repair/calibrate/qualify their equipment, and support their lab should any problematic symptoms arise. Results: While in my tenure, I increased the territory's customer base by roughly 30-40% annually. During the recession of 2008, I increased our territory clients by over 50% within that year, which opened a need for further representatives in the Midwest territory. In addition to sales numbers, I assisted in regulatory compliance to aid many research facilities within regulatory scope, such as ISO, GLP, GMP compliance.

Synopsis: Data Entry, Report CompilationDetails: I was assigned to compile home inspection reports into a final report for customers. This involved translated proprietary internal code into legible, intelligible final inspection reports for prospective buyers, sellers, and real-estate liaison personnel. The requirements of this role required a quick (24-hour) turn-around on all inspections, which were met daily.
