Redesigned existing line of high-powered linear amplifiers for commercial installations. Utilizing commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) parts, unique circuit topology/packaging decreased product failure rate from 48% to less than 3%, while reducing assembly labor costs by 50%. Developed/built first commercially-available digitally-controlled analog dynamics processor.

Logan, Utah

Maintained all audio/RF equipment from control room, production studio, station-to-transmitter link to transmitter shack. Kept a heavily modified 1947 RCA BTF-10 transmitter operational 18 hour/7 day per week schedule. Built commercial, multitrack-based on-air automation system utilizing COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) parts, saving the station $20,000. Built predecessor to FMR Audio compressor and used for on-air processing.
