Performed combat operations project planning, coordination, execution and assessment to lead four signals intelligence low level voice intercept teams to analyze geo-spatial metadata and engage enemy insurgent activity.-First supervisor in organization to employ satellite communications by resourcing appropriate equipment and key encryption protocols; resulted in multiple teams to communicate across hundreds of miles of battlespace to provide real time signals intelligence analysis and ensured force protection for over 400 Soldiers over a two-week military operation resulting in zero loss of friendly life and equipment.-Provided operations management and logistical support to four signals intelligence teams in a combat environment ensuring all teams achieved a 100% mission readiness state.-Built from the ground up and supervised the Brigade Technical Control and Analysis Element, which serves as the POC between the NSA and the brigade to provide SIGINT to supported units.-Deployed new tactical SIGINT collection system.
