How can learners learn better through technology? This has been my mission for the past seven years. All this time, I thought that "teaching" is the answer until I discovered Designing Learning Experiences. This has become my mission, my passion. Instead of just lectures, how else might we use the power of Storytelling to transform mindsets? In 2021, after years of research, I was able to crack the code on how to create stories to teach ANYTHING from Chemistry to Quadratic Equations. Through the Storyteaching Method, we were able to train more than 8,000 teachers already. A small but promising step in a country with access to education is a primary challenge we're facing.In 2006, I partnered with a French producer and got Nescafé to help us create Camera Café, a pioneering web series that also won multiple awards. Eventually, companies like Pixar, Fox, and National Geographic hired me to consult for them onStory Development.I mastered cognitive behavior, pedagogy, storytelling, and find innovative ways to give people memorable learning experiences that go beyond lectures and tests. I design systems to a transformative learning experience.In 2017, I co-founded KindMind, an experience design lab where I consult with clients and facilitate workshops & training sessions to improve their digital fluency.After working with teams in several countries and with different cultures, I speak fluent English, French, Filipino, Intermediate Spanish, Indonesian, and Basic Japanese.I spend my time working in different parts of the world but consider San Francisco and Manila home.
