As a company owner, I was responsible for overseeing the growth of SwitchLane's consulting business with respect to both IT staffing and solution delivery. I worked closely with the rest of the executive leadership team on the company's strategic direction, as well as with the sales and recruiting teams in support of new business development. I also managed several of our software development projects.

I was responsible for all aspects of consulting service delivery for Turnberry. This included oversight of our team across all business units, establishment of best practices and policies and supporting business development efforts as we continued to grow. I worked closely with the leaders of our sales and recruiting teams as well as other members of the executive leadership team to ensure that we identified new areas of opportunity while continuing to deliver excellent value to our customers.

As one of the most senior members of Turnberry's technical team, I oversaw delivery of projects and services to our clients and provided technical pre-sales support to our business development team. My primary focus was on managing overall technical delivery for our Telecom business unit, but I also assisted other business units as needed.

I managed a team of up to 18 (depending on contractor fluctuation) software developers. My team executed the largest and most complex software projects for the Data Solutions Group including implementing new systems, rearchitecting existing systems and doing major feature enhancements.

I was a lead developer of a team of 3-4 other developers, implementing web-based behavioral healthcare solutions.

I travelled around the world to client sites to provide training on the use of the SCRIMP composite manufacturing technology and to help them implement solutions for their products using this new approach.

I led a team of engineers on various projects related to the manufacturing of products using the SCRIMP technology. This included products for the defense, railroad, maritime and civil construction industries.
