I work collaboratively with the talent and management teams to identify training needs and opportunities and create skill development programs that support the organization’s talent strategy.I design and deliver training programs to help professionals learn, develop, and improve themselves and their organizations.I guide teams through learning and problem-solving processes positively, effectively, and in an engaging manner.I manage organizational resources including talent, technology, and financial resources to meet the firm’s talent development objectives.I foster solid mentoring relationships enabling mentees to (1) identify their development goals, (2) create a plan necessary to achieve their goals, (3) discover how they can enhance their professional life.AccomplishmentsI created a 12-month, 30-hour, training curriculum for professional staff supporting a global law firm with nearly 1000 attorneys in the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.I developed and implemented multiple processes to support attorney and professional staff training, CLE compliance, budgeting and financial reporting, and learning management system operation.I architected training programs for more than 300 professionals to share strategy, refine skills, and align practice with a new national organization. I trained more than 150 professionals on executive relationship development and client engagement. I designed and co-facilitated a legal department immersive innovation strategy workshop for a global technology company in transition, enabling the leaders to develop long-term strategic execution plans.
