I have practised personal injury law for over 20 years and have extensive experience acting for large corporate / public bodies and their insurers defending complex and high value public and employer's liability claims. I have 15 years' experience of dealing almost exclusively with travel related claims (prior to joining Eversheds). This involved a mixture of foreign claims, some brought within this jurisdiction under the Package Travel Regulations (EU Directive) and others litigated abroad, some relating to personal injury and others on quality issues.Extensive experience of dealing with issues of jurisdiction and applicable law.
