Our team provides different types of services to Financial Institutions, including Due Diligence, Valuation, Stress-Testing, Divestiture, M&A support, Fairness Opinion, etc. As a senior I covered major parts of a projects, such as analysis of loan portfolio, investments and securities, building financial models, coordination of the project team and discussion of key findings with a client. Participation in buy-side and sell-side valuation and financial due diligence of insurance companies, non-state pension funds, banks and other financial institutions.

Responsibilities: - Auditing and reviewing the largest Russian financial institutions (TOP10 Banks, Private Equity Funds);- Analysis of the credit portfolio and provisioning methodology. As well scope of work included analysis of the fixed assets, securities, etc.;Achievements: Best employee Award (Febr. 2016); Best Audit Team Award, 2nd place (Y2015)

Responsibilities: Sales of complex insurance programs (including investment life insurance), as well as standard programs (auto, property, etc.)Achievements: one of the most profitable portfolios, large number of VIP Clients (including TOP managers, public persons)
