I am responsible for managing a team of four product researchers. Our task it to accurately maintain an industry standard product database used for compiling the National Music and Video Charts.

Involved sales support and consultancy to both corporate and private clients with respect to their computer hardware (mainly laptops) and software requirements.

Looking after approximately 50 retailers in the West Midlands area, including HMV, Virgin, Our Price and major independent record retailers. My role was to promote and sell Polydor singles and albums.
