Possessing 30+ years of experience in Europe in the design, development, portfolio management, sales & marketing of medical devices in an international environment. Next to that, I am trained as Business Designer with an eye for detail and the strong willingness to deliver on the promises made.I have introduced numerous new products and redesigned products successfully in the Rehab market. I rationalized portfolio, developed and rolled out actions to increase margin and bottom-line results while driving net revenue growth.Since 2020 I have fully focused on developing new strategy to be ahead of the market changes that have arisen or will arise in next ten years. A significant part is based on bringing IoT to the market by developing and rolling out solutions, that make life for the product owner, product user and the payor simpler. The technology helps to increase service levels, prevent unnecessary (expensive) repairs, and give instantaneous insight in the fleet of products owned.Recently I founded my own company to share my knowledge and offer my consultancy services to those who wish to enter the market, look to develop their strategy with support of a market specialist, and need support to take business to the net level or a different channel. Furthermore, I love working as interim-manager as "hands-on" support to those that need guidance and direction.
