As a partner in EY’s Assurance practice with over 25 years of experience, I have provided business advisory, accounting and assurance services to high-growth public and privately-held companies with a focus on the energy, manufacturing and retail industries. During this time, I have accrued substantial expertise with SEC registration statements, periodic filings, business combinations, and complex accounting and financial reporting matters. Additionally, I am well versed in working with venture and private equity-backed companies through all stages of their development. As a graduate of Oklahoma State University and native of the state, I am proud to give back to my community through my roles on OSU’s School of Accounting Advisory Board, the Junior Achievement of Oklahoma Board of Directors, and the Fundraising Committee of the United Way of Central Oklahoma. I have also volunteered with the Oklahoma Heart Association, Habitat for Humanity, Positive Tomorrows, and the Oklahoma City Arts Festival.
