Provided Information System management and support for a 100+ user Novell NetWare 4.11 network involving remote access, LAN administration, network security, disaster recovery backup operations and end-user training. • Directed our facility's Year 2000 readiness campaign and developed the contingency policies for all areas of operations. • Recruited in January 1999 as a Senior Technical Analyst for the centralized County Government Information Services office.
