With over 20 years of experience in health and wellness, I am passionate about helping people improve their health and wellbeing through behavior change and prevention strategies leveraging emerging technologies. As the co-founder and CEO of THRIVEbyAI, our team develops innovative AI-based solutions for health, wellness and benefits.Prior to launching THRIVEbyAI, I was the COO and Vice President of Operations at HealthWell Solutions, a leading provider of corporate wellness solutions. There, I managed operations, business strategy, project management, and incentive programming for corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies and health systems. I also designed and implemented innovative programs for diverse populations, such as older adults, university students, adolescents, and children. My work has been recognized with multiple awards, such as the Healthiest Employers and the WELCOA Well Workplace Award.Beyond my professional pursuits, I enjoy outdoor activities with my wife and children, coaching youth sports, and competing in endurance events. I am a two time ironman and have completed multiple marathons, a Boston Marathon qualifier, and also a 100-mile ultramarathon.
