He founded Curiosity Division on the premise that the antidote to constant change is radical curiosity. Through a unique brew of innovation frameworks, he challenges organizations to ask, “What if?” Prior to that, Mark was the co-founder and North American Executive Creative Director of The POD—an exciting new capability designed to reinvent how Accenture goes to market. He developed POD branding, governance, rules of engagement and proprietary design thinking techniques. He then grew the group to over 70 Creative Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Strategists across North America. The POD continues to have a significant impact on Accenture, resulting in over a billion dollars in new business wins to date.Before Accenture, Mark built world-class creative teams and agencies, while authoring multi-disciplinary campaigns for clients in virtually every industry. His work has been recognized in major award shows around the world, including the prestigious Grand Prix at Cannes.
