While I've been CEO of Sanderson MacLeod, Inc. for over 17 years, I've enjoyed watching this talented team transform our Palmer, MA company into a market leader in twisted wire brush manufacturing for medical, cosmetic, gun care, and custom OEM applications. During this time, SanMac led the development and implementation of lean Six Sigma processes, proprietary automation, and supply chain integration systems that have increased efficiency, quality, and profitability.We're a group that is (proudly) TWISTED , but our approach is straight forward. Build and maintain a strong track record of finding and retaining high-performing teams, creating and communicating strategic objectives, and finding client partners who are passionate about innovation, creativity and creating win/win long term relationships. My leadership style is entrepreneurial, data-driven, and process-oriented, but also collaborative, supportive, and fun.
