I redesigned and then maintained the Pathlore Learning Management System so that it could import employee information from the HR system and than automatically assign courses to specific groups of employees based on the employee profile. Designed and delivered the online knowledge management resource called the PCB Resource Center which included information for managers, employees, and new hires. I researched and helped the corporation implement new learning technologies such as Webinars and virtual classrooms using WebEx. Supervised two employees focused on e-learning development. I worked with the various development projects to provide training necessary to support deployment of the target software. One of these projects was focused on Oracle PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management and Human Resource Management systems. This project included the publication of multiple lessons using the Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) for both the department involved in the transition.As a Learning Conversion Officer I helped design and develop the training materials necessary to support a major systems conversion. This included instructor based training, eLearning, and documentation. The e-learning training environment allowed learners to practice on a simulated system that behaved like the software in the branches and back offices. The company estimated that using this blended approach to training reduced amount of classroom training for Tellers by 60% and for New Account Managers by 57%.
