-Managed a client base consisting of small publicly traded entities and privately held businesses in the manufacturing, service and research industries.-Responsible for the administration of all audit and consulting projects for these clients, including administration of several Sarbanes Oxley projects.

-Built a nationwide janitorial service provider, including all client, employee and infrastructure development, into a thriving business with annual revenues exceeding $1.2 million.-Responsible for all finance and accounting infrastructure, client and employee relationship management, all regulatory filings, and daily administration of all business.

-Managed a client base consisting of subsidiary operations of large publicly traded entities and privately held businesses in the manufacturing, banking and insurance industries.-Responsible for the administration of all audit and consulting projects for these clients, including administration of several Sarbanes Oxley projects, interest rate and commodity.

-Responsible for all regulatory reporting activities, including Securities Exchange Commission forms 10Q, 10K and 8K.-Responsible for the administration and oversight of all external audit activities, including all corporate and benefit plan functions.-Heavily involved in the development of all documentation for the initial public offering of stock.

-Managed a diverse client base ranging from small family-owned manufacturing operations to a multi-national professional service organization.-Responsible for the administration of all audit and consulting projects for these clients, including corporate tax research projects, profit improvement consultations, and corporate capital structure conversion.

-Responsible for all financial aspects of the business, as well as the daily cash management function, capital investment and related debt/cash flow forecasting analysis.-Managed special projects analysis to maximize earnings potential in all business divisions, new business costing and pricing analysis, and the monthly financial reporting processes.

-Managed the internal audit department, including initial restructuring to implement a risk based approach to maximize department effectiveness and efficiency.-Coordinated all regulatory examinations and external audit activities, and various duties within the finance department of this six bank holding company.

-Managed a client base consisting primarily of financial institution, governmental, insurance and manufacturing entities.-Involved in the KPMG Quality Institute that assumed responsibility for development and instruction of national training programs for KPMG personnel as well as client personnel.
