As VPP Partners grows, my role has evolved to focus on Risk Management for Distributed Energy Resources (DER) and Virtual Power Plants (VPP).

VPP Partners assists developers and investors with their clean energy implementation and deployment strategies. Our clients range from small scale C&I developers, to large energy companies with over $1B valuations. We assist these clients with support for RE and VPP origination, project development, investment analysis, negotiation & structuring, documentation, financing and funding, technical and commercial due diligence, financial closing and operations. We often come into the project behind management consultants to turn ‘blue-sky’ strategies into implementable and actionable roadmaps.
