Project included repairs of (4) shot peen machines, replacement of equipment loaders/un-loaders as well as the integration of new conveyors and other material transfer units. Responsibilities included project planning, development of scopes of work and project sourcing, coordination with plant maintenance and engineering teams as well as regular report out to senior leadership team.Integrated double-coat paint line with (7) stage pre-treatment machine into MSSC's Chatham, Ontario facility. Secured the purchase of used equipment after detailed search in USA and Mexico. Responsible for project from time of equipment search through design and integration into the plant culminating in customer's acceptance testing.Oversight of relocation and launch of MSSC's product development lab from Milton, Ontario to Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Project scope included designing of plant layout, obtaining emissions permit -and re-launching of equipment at new site.
