Oversaw Advanced Engineering team involved with equipment and process optimization and planning for (2) North American facilities. Managed Capex plan for review with senior leadership.Key projects include development of new auto-forge system for improvement in production parts-per-labor-hour, equipment upgrades and product transfers for rationalization of inefficient manufacturing line and development of throughput monitoring system for identifying sources of line downtime.

Project leader for plant closure as well as localization and re-launch of equipment at (2) North American production facilities. Managed $12M plant closure budget along with disposition of assets through relocation, sale or scrap.Oversight of Winter Maintenance Program. Project included repairs of (4) shot peen machines, replacement of equipment loaders/un-loaders as well as the integration of new conveyors and other material transfer units. Responsibilities included project planning, development of scopes of work and project sourcing, coordination with plant maintenance and engineering teams as well as regular report out to senior leadership team.Integrated double-coat paint line with (7) stage pre-treatment machine into MSSC's Chatham, Ontario facility. Secured the purchase of used equipment after detailed search in USA and Mexico. Responsible for project from time of equipment search through design and integration into the plant culminating in customer's acceptance testing.Oversight of relocation and launch of MSSC's product development lab from Milton, Ontario to Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Project scope included designing of plant layout, obtaining emissions permit -and re-launching of equipment at new site.

Managed equipment development and process optimization activities for multi-site business unit with oversight of resource workload planning, professional development planning and performance reviews.Oversaw development of production concepts and implementation of manufacturing strategy for Suspensions Modules Business Unit.
