Mr. Lewellen has thirty years of experience in national and international forums where he has successfully advocated positions on technical and regulatory issues for both commercial and government clients. His career began at ITTRI/ECAC in Annapolis, MD where he provided technical support to the US Army in military (J 12), national (SPS/IRAC) and international forums. He moved on to ARC/CSC where his clients included AMSC, LEO ONE USA, Hughes, INTELSAT, ORBCOMM, Panamsat, NASA and NOAA. He then went to work for Iridium LLC and Sky Station International.
