I am Dutch, since 1995 in Luxembourg. Fluent in German, French, English and Dutch.... and some Luxemburgish :-)I started in positions in fieldservice, sales, engineering, project management in the business of instrumentation and engineering - design and construction of chemical plants at Dow Chemical - working on site for Dow Chemical Rotterdam and Stade, Germany. Next in the business of industrial package units for the PetroChemical sector at Koch John Zink (supplier of industrial combustion, flare systems and vapour recovery package units). To lead the centralization and reorg of Engineering/Order Fulfillment Services at Koch, I relocated to Luxembourg in 1995. Took on ICT leadership for Koch Ind owned companies in Europe in 1997. In 2000 moved to Husky as ICT Manager for EMEA, where, apart from the operation and project work in IT, I instigated and implemented ITIL, Prince 2 with Portfolio Management and global organization between all Global Husky sites. In 2005 I was pulled off to manage a business venture for Nokia, on behalf of Husky. A pretty a-typical assigment, acting as PaM to setup a high tech process&technolgy development and proving site to create "rapid tooling" processes for Mobile Phones.That (Aug 2006) got me a role at Husky "business development manager". An International role to create and execute formal business strategy to improve internal capability to run and govern programs and projects and actively manage several ventures myself. Feb 1st 2010 I moved to Cetrel - entering the financial world - leading setup of PMO, demand- and service delivery management processes.Present : As owner of "TrAxxion SA", Sports Director of ATCSports SA and VP of the PWF lux I am actively helping companies and athletes to focus on what matters to realise their burning willingness to succeed Specialties: - I am a Polyglot, International Program Manager and Senior Project Manager for Technology, ICT implementations and Organisational, Business & Process Transformation. Lux National Certified Powerlift and weightlifting coach.
