My educational & professional story shows quite a few bends, curves, and on/off-ramps: from five years as an Army officer to seventeen years as a pastor and non-profit executive to a couple of years at Oracle before starting and running my own business, six years as a university adjunct professor, four years managing a successful accounting firm, back to being self-employed, and now back at the accounting firm - this time managing clients directly. Along the way, I earned a BA in Linguistics, an MDIV with a Leadership emphasis, and a PhD in Organizational Leadership.The common threads for me on this wonderful, crazy professional journey have been leading people, helping people, and always learning.
