For the past 20 years, I have had various roles in the printing press industry. Currently, I am working as a sales manager at Kroonpress AS in Estonia. I started my professional journey back in 2000 when I started working for Ajakirjade Kirjastus AS, which is a magazine publishing house in Estonia. I worked there as a project manager for 9 years before coming over to Kroonpress as a sales manager. From the outside, sales and project management might seem like totally different areas. But I believe that both complement each other. As sales managers at Kroonpress, we are not just responsible for making a pitch and closing the deal. We are the bridge between the customer and the production throughout our relationship. Our work starts from the first phone call and does not end till the last shipment has reached the client. It is, therefore, essential that I can answer all customer concerns whether they are related to quality, design, logistics, or timelines. Our clients expect immediate responses, and I am happy to say that we do that very well. One of the best things about my job is that every day is different. We are not just talking to local clients but companies across Europe. Every customer has their own set of expectations and requirements, and it takes a measure of professionalism and openness to satisfy them. Another reason why I like my job is that at Kroonpress we are always pushing new boundaries. Most recently we have created a new division called Kroonpak, which creates packaging products for various items. This is a new direction for our company. I am very excited to face the new challenges ahead. If you or your company is looking for a packaging and printing supplier, then feel free to reach out to me. We are always looking for new partners.
