• Identifying the business needs of the client, acting as an interface between the technical team and the client• Defining success criteria and disseminating them to involved parties throughout project life cycle• Coordination of cross-functional, cross-departmental, and cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of a project, from initiation to closure• Drive and lead all IT planning efforts, including sprint planning, launch and release milestones, timelines, and overall product road-map in line with the customer IT Strategy• Managing the day-to-day project activities and resources and conducting regular project team meetings• Monitoring, tracking and controlling outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables• Encourage and motivate the team members, enabling them to perform their roles effectively and protecting them from external distractions so they can focus on what they do best• Documenting & communicating both internally and externally the project processes, decisions, risks, status, and everything else required to deliver and support a successful project

• Analysis of business processes and existing software solutions• Managing functional tasks for additional development of software business • Proposing improvements in the existing work technology to increase the level of automation (finding the optimal solutions)• Coach and support project team members in use of tools and methodologies• Maintain weekly/monthly status reports about results and business process improvement (BPI) • Deliver process improvement training to staff

• Actively participating in improvement of system reporting and building a central reporting platform for implementation SAP BPC• Supporting the coordination and management of projects• Keeping track of and reporting on project progress to internal and external stakeholders
