-As Team Leader in Diligent, I have been coordinating with a team of 8 QA engineers. My main mission is to improve the overall quality of testing. The primary method for accomplishing this involves developing a testing process comprised of industry-best practices. I can proudly say that I have introduced and standardized multiple design patterns for our Selenium projects.-Writing manual and automated tests for web/desktop applications.-Providing performance and stability tests, coordinating with the team-Automating deployment processes using Jenkins/Octopus.-Writing SQL queries for data validation, providing stored procedurestesting.
