I have extensive experience in the property/construction sector as an Architect, Partner and CEO. In all, I aim to create clarity, grow people and unify teams to achieve success within a culture of excellence, support and enjoyment.I have used these to lead the successful design of some of New Zealand’s largest and most complex projects including hospitals, university buildings, urban re-generation projects and Forsyth Barr Stadium. As CEO of Jasmax, New Zealand’s largest design practice, I created the infrastructure and team to allow the business to grow from 160 to over 300 professionals spread nationally. I value sustainability in a combined approach that respects the land, the people and the economics of our endeavours.
