The project, which originated within a circle of friends, was realized over a period of six months. The idea is to publish all relevant news from the most important areas of life related to the cities of Sveta Nedelja and Samobor and their surroundings. The front-end of the website was built using Flutter. The release of an Android and iOS application is expected soon as well.

Slinkshot is a great social mobile app for gaming community. While I was part of this great crew my tasks were to implement a completely new design from Figma and refresh its appearance as well as make sure to clean the code up and make it more maintainable. Focusing mostly on the design implementation I was collaborating with the team of designers and my flutter colleagues. Collaboration was very pleasant and I really enjoyed working with the team. There were lots of challenges along the way and I’m thankful I had an opportunity working here because it helped me develop new skills, connections and it was my starting point to enter this new world of flutter development.

I was working as self-employed massage therapist at Balans in Zagreb. Due to the coronavirus situation and a life-long wish to work with computer programming, after 15 years in this career I decided to switch and start a new career in Computer programming.
