Trained on the job in Australia before moving to England to work at Rick Steins flagship restaurant, ‘The Seafood Restaurant’. Michelin experience working at The Pass, West Sussex where I learnt a more refined and creative side to food and was able to interact with guests. Now as a husband and father of 2 children I enjoy a more wholesome lifestyle which is reflected in my menus and style of work.
