As a UX/UI Designer in the betting industry, I have the unique opportunity to design complex web platforms that enable admins and bookies to manage betting games such as sports betting, dog races, and bingo.My role involves working closely with product managers and developers to create interfaces that are both user-friendly and compliant with strict regulations and guidelines.One of the key challenges of designing for the betting industry is creating interfaces that are intuitive and easy to navigate, while also providing the necessary tools and features that admins and bookies need to manage their betting operations.To achieve this, I use a user-centered design approach, starting with extensive research to understand the needs and pain points of our target audience. I then work closely with our development team to prototype and iterate on designs until we arrive at a final product that meets the needs of our users and satisfies regulatory requirements.

As a graphic designer at a small agency, I had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from creating social media templates and web banners to image manipulation.My role involved collaborating closely with the agency's clients and other stakeholders to create visually engaging graphics that aligned with their brand and messaging.One of the key challenges of working in a small agency is being able to quickly pivot between different projects and adapt to different design styles and requirements.To meet these challenges, I honed my skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, allowing me to quickly create high-quality graphics that met the needs of our clients.In my role, I also had the opportunity to work closely with my a colleague who did video production, providing him with the graphics and images that he needed to create compelling and visually engaging videos.This collaboration allowed me to expand my skills in graphic design and gain a deeper understanding of how graphics can be used in different contexts and mediums.Overall, my role as a graphic designer at a small agency was both challenging and rewarding, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to have worked with such a talented and passionate team.I learned valuable skills in graphic design and client communication, and I'm excited to continue using these skills in my current role as a UX/UI Designer.
