I started my bussiness cateet in Vindija dd- F&B industry. I worked as Sales agent - lot of field work all over Croatia. My next job was in Ivančica dd where I started as Purchasing Assistant. Through years of work I moved up to position of Purchasing and logistic Manager. In period of working in Ivančica dd I would like to point out few important projects in which I was involved:Implementation of ISO 9001 - in charged of definition and implementation procedures in purchasing and warehouse operationsImplementation of SAP ERP - member of project team in charged of implementation MM and WM modulesAcquisition of Bambi doo - member of project tema in charged of purchasing, suppliers, warehouse and stocks of raw materials.Douring work in children footwear industry, I develop special skils in quality control of materials, specialized in leather and soles. At the moment I'm managing with team of 14 person (4 person in Purcahsing depeartment, 1 person as Custom agent, 1 driver and 8 people in warehouses).
