Created, implemented and/or improved several Agile transformation strategies at different scales in various industries, primarily using SAFe, Scrum and Kanban (together we achieved: TTM reduction, better customer experience, increased predictability and other outcome-oriented results). Major highlights from my Agile coach / Scrum master experience:- Created and delivered Agile Self-assessments for up to 140 members of Agile teams, using results and trends as guides for future process improvements and training’s roadmaps.- Set up the first Agile team (Scrum) for the client’s local office, led roll-out of 2 other teams and then acted as an Agile coach for the 4 Agile teams.- Led 2 of the 7 working groups with 3-4 SMEs in each (Agile coaches and Scrum masters). We supported Agile teams and other coaches with knowledge and information on specific areas during one of the projects.- Acted as one of the organisers and Agile coaches of the client’s first remote PI Planning for more than 200 participants (SAFe).Created, organised and conducted first (for the Russian office) local internal and external regular training course for Scrum Masters and first local internal SAFe training.Acted as one of the first active members and contributors of the local internal Agile community.
