- Developing and leading a team of top-notch SW development specialists and managers in delivering critical government and enterprise projects for demanding customers in MEA, US, Estonia, Germany and Finland.- Managing the size of local organization to match project demands. Scaling up and down by up to 10% per month, while increasing the overall headcount from 10 to 80 over my tenure as Country Manager.- Maintained high (40+) eNPS scores and retention rates in the Delivery Center, building a strong core of experienced professionals.- Responsible for Nortal Serbia representation and reputation in all contexts: clients and partners, group business owners, local authorities, internal and external EB.- Supervised and coached a leadership team of managers and key specialists in planning and delivering software development projects.- Coordinated People Services and delivery organization in staffing and developing high-performing teams in Serbia and Middle East.- Ensuring high net contribution per hour for the delivery center specialists across all projects.- Managing delivery center costs, maintaining best group-level price per SP, while keeping remunerations and benefits competitive on local market.- Ensured seamless flow of delivery center's operative, administrative and compliance processes and transformations. - Coordinated with local partners and company-level support services in finance, legal, marketing and TA operations, as well as with SW development and project delivery partners internationally.

- Set up distributed delivery for several 5+ MEUR fixed-price digital transformation programs in Oman: tax administration, business registry, work permit registry. - Led a team of 3 PMs and 50+ specialists across 4 countries to successfully complete 14 MEUR (FP) e-Government transformation program in Oman's Ministry of Commerce and Industry and a network of over 20 integrating government entities.- Built and maintained excellent relationships with client stakeholders on all levels - from Ministers and Undersecretaries to front-office operators and database administrators.- Facilitated seamless information flow and transparent communication within and outside of the program - from Steering Committee, Ministry and company leadership to inter-ministry workgroups, end users, SMEs, development and MO teams. Agreeing on and communicating common objectives to all internal and public stakeholders.- Ensured program vision is achieved through aligning strategy, tactical change management and operational execution of business transformation and 6 concurrent software delivery projects.- Contributed to bid preparations, winning 20+ MEUR worth of new projects.- Coordinated business development and delivery efforts.

Managed a high-intensity optimization and cloud migration project on a mission-critical business registry system to a successful completion, achieving both schedule (7 months to switchover) and budgetary targets.-"One Stop Shop" system, Oman's business registry, was refactored and deployed in private cloud environment, making it stable, fast and scalable. To ensure HA, all Single Points of Failure were eliminated and a DR site was built, synchronized with production environment in real-time. Additionally, the first set of e-Services was released through a new public portal, enabling investors to use e-government SSO, as well as smartcard & mobile PKI authentication to complete basic business registry applications online.- Established Managed Operations process and set up a team responsible for the business registry system SLA. Through the 10 years after go-live, the system maintained performance and availability according to high SLA requirements.
